Short Bio

Luan Tran is currently a Ph.D. student, under the supervision of Dr. Xiaoming Liu, at The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University.

His major research interests are focusing on deep learning, machine learning, and their applications in computer vision.

In 2015, Luan graduated with a B.S. degree in Computer Science and awarded Michigan State University Board of Trustees’ Award as one of graduating seniors having the highest cumulative grade point averages.
