The Residential Tiles increase in tenants as time goes by and this is shown by the animation as well as in the statistics. I used shopping tiles to include entertainment tiles as well.
Game Proposal
A city simulator with a global warming theme.
Polution slowly spreads from coal power plants and industry, turn grass/vegitation into burnt land.
Creating almost every tile has a polution cost, (even solar panels, windmills, etc).
Having industry and commerce creates money.
Power has to supply enough, but too much is expensive, useless, and (if coal) very poluting.
Having vegitation lowers polution, but takes time to grow, and must be bought.
Too much Polution and the world ends (YOU ARE DEAD!)
