I am a Research Fellow at the Institute for Infocomm Research, Singapore. I obtained my Ph. D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University in February 2008. I worked under the guidance of Dr. Anil K. Jain, University Distinguished Professor, MSU in the Biometrics Research Group at the Pattern Recognition and Image Processing (PRIP) Laboratory. My dissertation addressed the problems of score level fusion and template security in multibiometric systems. My research interests include statistical pattern recognition, computer vision, image processing and biometrics.

 

I completed my schooling at St. John's Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Villivakkam, Chennai, India in March 1998 and graduated from the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai in May 2002. I was a part of the Networks Research Group at Anna University.
