| Biography |
| Jikai Lei is a Ph.D student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University. His research interest is in bioinformatics, especially in designing algorithms to predicate non-coding RNA(nc-RNA) structure, homologous nc-RNA search in genome-scale data. His advisor is Dr. Yanni Sun. He received his bachelor degree and master degree in Computer Science and Technology from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. |
