Working on
my MSc Thesis: An event-based Middleware for Mobile Ad hoc Networks
(MANETs). Which is a part of "Transhumance" Project available on: www.transhumance.info under
supervision of Prof.
Isabelle Demeure.
Working on a project concerning design and
implementing a AAA architecture for mobile ad hoc networks (WATCHMAN
Project).
First I was employed as a member of Routing Workgroup, but
gradually I moved to Security Workgroup. We have had studies about the
methods of Intrusion Detection, and effective security topologies. We
are now working on a new effective intrusion analyzer, besides a
dynamic and intelligent monitoring system to increase the performance
reaction and defense.
I was working on my BS thesis for one year in Informatics
Center Network Lab. As a part of my thesis, I was working with
IEEE802.1x and other AAA systems on the network access layer, I was
also studying on different methods for avoiding ARP spoofing attacks on
University of Tehran access network.
I was a member of team, responsible for some Internet
Servers and ECE Computer Center Network. Wireless HotSpot
implementation, redesigning the ECE Computer Center Network and
proposing the ECE Network redesign plan over L3 switches are other jobs
that we accomplished successfully.
I was working in Server/Network Administration Team as a
part time employee. The team was responsible for maintenance of
Internet servers and the local network as well. In particular,
was responsible for all monitoring and auditing systems in ParsOnline
containing more than 1500 routers, modems and access servers at the
time. Meanwhile, we were working on different R&D projects which
was assigned from other enterprises and our local administration. We
were basically working on developing some systems and software for
network and system administration. However, our work involves some
national projects such as deploying the ADSL across the country for the
first time. We also contributing in many projects on VOIP, IP Telephony
and video streaming, video conferencing. On the last year, our division
activities focused on the security on different internet servers
running on different hardware platforms and operating systems. We were
also designing and implementing the security infrastructure of
ParsOnline Data Center (PNDC).

administration. My job was troubleshooting and providing services for
Internet Broadband access users.
