Eric Kasten received the B.S. degree in mathematics and computer
science from Central Michigan University in 1989 and the M.S degree
in computer science from Michigan State University in 1997.
Eric Kasten is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer
Science and Engineering and a software developer in the
National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory, both at
Michigan State University. His current research interests include
autonomic computing, dynamic system adaptation, and data stream
processing and mining in support of ecosensing and adaptive
mobile computing. He is a member of the IEEE and the ACM.
