Game Interface:
The game will be initiated by pressing the play button.
The objective of the game is to score the highest point while building a city.
It is a speed game, and therefore requires the player to play at a fast pace.
Once the game starts the player will create a city on a blank screen within a time limit.
In the upper left hand corner of the game, statistics and requirements will be displayed.
The player will add tiles from the menu to the screen for the duration of the game.
Natural disatsers (thunder/fires) will occur randomly to tiles in the city destroying tiles placed by the player.
The score will be calculated and displayed when the time limit runs out.

Game Scoring
The scoring of the game is based off of the tiles in the city.
The player must maintain the minimum number of tiles of each catagory.
The minimum will change as the game progresses.
Failure to maintain the minimum will result in a deduction in score.
Overlapping tiles will also result in a score deduction.
Tiles will be destroyed by natural disasters (fire).
Tile catagories that will be used to calculate the score include:
  • Factory and Industry
  • Public Service
  • Resident Buildings
  • Plants
  • Roads
A display will be visable for the duration of the game showing the current number of tiles in the city,
as well as the minimum required number of tiles before score deduction.
At the end of the game The score is displayed on the screen to the player.
