Home: I am a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University. I work under the guidance of Dr. Anil K. Jain, University Distinguished Professor, MSU in the Biometrics Research Group at the Pattern Recognition and Image Processing (PRIP) Laboratory. I am also a research assistant at PRIP Lab. My current research is focused on automated palmprint matching algorithms using high resolution (500 ppi) palmar friction ridge (i.e. minutiae) and palmar flexion crease (i.e. principle lines, wrinkles and creases) features. Some of the projects I have worked on are "Matching Multispectral Palmprint Images", "Partial and Full Palmprint Matching Using High-Resolution Palmar Features" and "High-Resolution Fingerprint Matching Using Level 3 Features". My research interests include computer vision, statistical pattern recognition, biometrics, and image processing. |
