  • Presenter : 1) Provides questions to be addressed one week in advance; 2) presents paper; 3) Submits powerpoint file and hardcopy of slides to instructor on day of presentation
  • Scribe:       1) Takes notes during the presentation to capture the questions/answers/discussion; 2) Focus on uncertainty issues and research challenges for roadmaps; 3) After conferring with presenter, submit summary within 1 week of presentation
  • Audience: 1) Submit a 1-page written summary that addresses questions posed by the presenter, due on day of presentation; 2) Participate in discussion on the day of presentation
