2) The documentation can be found in
/soft/hsnp/simscript/doc
3) The students can view the user's manual (simuser.pdf) by typing the following statement at the command line "acroread simuser.pdf". This will open the user's manual in adobe acrobat. There is a tutorial and several examples in the manual.
4) If the students wish to run simscript from their directories they, can set the PATH in there .personal file.
5) You may wish to run an example program, to be sure that there are no surprises such as needing to change some environment variable. However, I believe everything should be okay.
