Academics:
CSE Homepage - Homepage of the department of computer science.
EDMS - Engineering Degree Monitoring System. This is
a powerful system to navigate and track your progress towards your degree. It also allows you to do "what-if" scenerios
for a different major.
Course Catalog - Online listing of all courses with descriptions and prereqs.
Schedule of Courses - Listing of the times, dates, locations for all
courses. Also has usefull schedule planning tool.
MSU Enrollment System - This is the system for scheduling your courses for next year, or
changing the ones you have schedule for this year.
Learning Resource Center - LRC is a valuable tool for those students that want to improve
their academic performance. They offer tutoring, seminars, etc.
Angel - Angel is MSU's online learning environment. It is used by a many courses, so explore it well.
Writing Center - Everything writing related.
STUINFO - This system is where you will find your grades, your class schedule, your tuition bill,
financial aid information, etc.
Registrar's Academic Calendar - This calendar includes all
the important university holidays and exam information.
Campus Information:
Intramural Sports - The IM Sports and Recreative Services Department conducts and supervises a safe, supportive, active environment that is responsive to the MSU community's diverse recreative needs.
Campus Map - Don't know where your going? Find out where Bailey hall is and the dairy store too.
Capital Area Transit Authority (CATA) - Your a poor college student and it's 3 in the morning and you
need a ride home. CATA offers low cost (50 cents) transportation anywhere on campus and many places off campus.
Student Community:
Student Clubs - This site lists some of the academic, nonacademic, and community service
clubs on campus. Check it out if your in the market to meet new people or to add a line to your resume.
Facebook - This is an online profile site similar to myspace. It's a great way to meet people
from your classes or that share the same interests. BE CAREFUL NEVER TO PUT PERSONAL INFO (SUCH AS YOUR REAL ADDRESS) IN
YOUR PROFILE!
allMsu - This is an independantly created site for the MSU Community. It has professor ratings, used books / tickets for sale, and many other resources (even "how-to-guides" on setting up Xbox on the dorm network). Check it out.
RESLIFE - Current Student Section - The department of resident life is just that, everything related to your life on campus.
Residence Hall Association (RHA) - Office of Programs - The RHA is a student run MSU sponsored organization. It has a great many services including renting you free movies in every hall.
Misc. / Other
City Of East Lansing - Helpful information on parking, paying tickets, etc.
DPPS - MSU Police Department website provides bike registration, parking ticket payment services,
and many other cool features (such as a police blogger listing the latest calls to DPPS).
Simpledine - Listing of resteraunts in the area as well as the ability to order food online and have it delivered to your door.
