Effects Component - Stephanie Brown
General Structure

Relevant Classes: Chorus: Produces a chorus effect by playing a note at a similar frequency

How it Works

The effects component is mainly processed in the synthesizer.
It is read in with an instrument tag, which sets the note for the chorus to be added to the audio frame.

The other 3 effects are not implemented, nor does the effects component support controllable sends.
