Welcome to !dentitYi
My name is Yi Chen, a Ph. D student at the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, Michigan State University. I am currently working on my thesis, titled "Automatic Fingerprint Recognition Using Extended Feature Set", under supervision of Dr. Anil. K. Jain, university distinguished professor. I am also a research assistant at the Biometrics Research Laboratory.

What's new about Biometrics?
"The fingerprint is unique to each individual and is recognizably human, independent of race, sex, creed or class. Therefore, it symbolizes the equality of all individuals."
