I am a research assistant in the Software Engineering and Network Systems Laboratory at Michigan State University. My research interests are in computer security, software engineering, evolutionary computation, and mobile computing. My advisor is Betty Cheng.

My current research focuses on introducing evolution to the software engineering process.

Before coming to MSU, I completed a BS in applied mathematics at Ferris State University. My emphasis was on operations research, computer science, and philosophy. While working on this degree, I worked for several years as a software engineer, security analyst, and I.T. manager at ORA, Inc.
