The annual CSE Poster Workshop took place April 8 and featured
sixty-two entries. Authors were on hand to explain their research to
judges, CSE's industrial partners, and other interested bystanders.

The talent and achievements displayed by this group of young
researchers is awesome. The posters chronical recent activities that
have led our faculty and students to exciting discovery and
advancements in research. They are impressive.

Eighteen posters were selected by a panel of judges to be recognized
for outstanding presentation and research contribution. Awards will
be presented on Wednesday, April 27 during the weekly coffee hour from
9:45-10:15am (in front of 3105 EB). The list of award winning posters

Please join us in recognizing all of the outstanding students for
their achievements and in thanking them for their hard efforts. These
posters will stimulate wonder and conversation throughout the year.
They will showcase the great work that goes on here everyday for
visitors and prospective faculty and students.

Posters will remain on display in the 3rd floor hallway of the
Engineering Building for visitors to see throughout the year. You can

The organizers would also like to thank Satish Udpa, Frank Biocca,
Lalita Udpa, Kabe Vanderbaan, Rich Enbody, John Weng, Matt Mutka,
Joyce Chai, Bill Punch, Betty Cheng, Anthony Wojcik, and Laura
Campbell for their help in judging the contest.
