Abdol Esfahanian has been selected by students to receive the 2004-05 CSE Withrow Teaching Excellence Award.

Abdol receives high praise from students for making learning fun, for mastery of graph theory that "goes far beyond what is necessary to teach," and for always being there to mentor students.

Please join me both in thanking Abdol for his contributions to our program and in congratulating him on this well deserved recognition!

Abdol and other recipients of awards will be honored at the Fifteenth Annual Engineering Awards luncheon at noon on March 31 in the Ballroom of the University Club. Faculty and staff are invited. Please mark your calendars and come show your appreciation for his contributions to our students and our programs.
