Misevic, Lenski and Ofria win a best paper award at ALIFE 9
Dusan Misevic, Richard Lenski, and Charles Ofria received a best paper award for their paper "Sexual reproduction and
Muller's ratchet in digital organisms" at the 9th International Conference on the Simulation and Synthesis of Living
Systems (ALIFE 9). There were 97 papers presented at this conference.
Misevic is a graduate student in Zoology;
Lenski is the Hannah Distinguished Professor of crop and soil sciences, microbiology and molecular genetics, and zoology;
and Ofria is an assistant professor of computer science and engineering.
