All tenure line faculty and all PhD students are involved in research, as well as many MS students and some undergraduate students. CSE has strengths across the broad core of computer sciences. Recent strategic planning has emphasized three areas of established or emerging strength: External research funding has reached $3.7M per year compared to a general budget of $4.6M per year. |
