Login Problems

I receive an error about Windows loading a temporary profile
I cannot log into a Windows 2000 Machine or a Sun Unix machine.
I forgot my password.

Hardware Problems

The mouse does not work
The keyboard does not work
The workstation locked up
The monitor/screen does not look correct
The zip drive did not save all my data
The workstation will not mount my Zip disk
The floppy drive does not work.

Network Difficulties

I cannot connect to my samba space.
I cannot save to my samba space.
I cannot print.
How do I connect to Samba.
There is absolutely No Network in the lab.
