The purpose of this project is to design and implement a tool to backup and update some selected files on registered computers through the Internet. The Tool will be used by system administrators to backup files from and update files to client computers. The system will give the administrators the ability to add, edit, and delete options for the computers and files, ability to change the backup schedule for each client, and the ability to update or backup files immediately. The management tool will contain a log files that contains the filename(s), date modified, subject, and errors that occurred during backup or updating files. Each log file will store this information after each backup and update tasks have been completed and will inform the system administrator of any errors that occurred during these operations.
