| Christina Chan (Chemical Engineering), Rong Jin, and Zheng Li (Chemical Engineering) have received a SBIR grant from the National Science Foundation. The title of the project is: "SBIR Phase 1: Identifying Toxicity Pathways." This project will improve the Three-stage Integrative Pathway Search (TIPS) platform for gene regulatory reconstruction by incorporating the process of information retrieval, extraction, and classification. TIPS was developed at Michigan State University. |
