C. Titus Brown, Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, has been awarded a 4-year grant from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the project "Easily accessible Web tools for analyzing next generation sequencing data from agricultural animals." The grant is in collaboration with Hans Cheng at the USDA Avian Disease and Oncology Lab.
