| Philip McKinley and Betty Cheng have been awarded a three-year grant from the Army Research Office for a project titled, "AWARE: Adaptive Software Modeling and Dynamic Reconfiguration for Critical Infrastructure Protection."
The project addresses the design of high-assurance, self-monitoring software to protect the Nation's critical infrastructure (e.g., public utilities, transportation systems, telecommunication systems) against catastrophic failures and malicious activities. |
