| Christina Chan (Chemical Engineering) and Rong Jin have received an NIH grant for the project "Develop a Dynamic Model that Incorporates Text-mining to Reconstruct Networks" (2007-2011). The goal of this project is to develop and verify text mining methods, data analysis approaches, and their combination for gene regulatory network reconstruction. |
