1996 MSU Computer Science Graduation Breakfast

At the Fall 1996 Board meeting, the department's Board of Visitors suggested the idea of hosting a breakfast for graduates and families. A generous gift from the Dow Chemical Corporation provided the initial support for the breakfast. Crowe Chizek subsequently assumed the supporting role and has sponsored the graduation breakfast ever since.

Each semester, graduating students, faculty, staff, families, and guests gather at the Kellogg Center to enjoy breakfast and fellowship on graduation day. The graduation breakfast celebrates the accomplishments of graduating students. The event features student speakers, recognition of the graduates, and inspiring remarks from alumnus Kevin Ohl of Crowe Chizek.
