I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University.

Before entering MSU, I received Master’s degree in computer science and Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China in 2001 and 2004 respectively.

My research interests include statistical machine learning and its application in computational biology. The projects/algorithms I am working on now include modular gene regulatory networks reconstruction, multi-label classification and multi-label clustering.
