Graphics hardware, fundamental algorithms, two- and
three-dimensional imaging geometry and transformations, curve and
surface design, rendering, shading, color, and animation.

Examinations:

Exam II: Thursday, March 27, 1997, 9:10 am - 10:00 am (class time), in the same classroom.
Final: Wednesday, May 2, 1997, 7:45 am - 9:45 am, in the same classroom.
Programming:
Graphics systems to be learned: X-Window system, Motif, OpenGL,
Inventor, and the Alias/Wavefront Animation Package. Four programming
projects are planned.
Homework:
There will be four homework assignments, designed to clarify some
of the concepts covered in the classes.
